The ChangePoint Family Resource Center is a place for all humans of all ages. We offer Triple P Parenting, have weekly free family events, a free food pantry, a free children’s closet and we partner with outside agencies to hold free events and activities weekly. Since we are a Behavioral Health Agency we also have many different children’s programs and support available. Humans can walk into our doors and receive connection to all community resources available.

Parking Information
We are located adjacent to the back of Walmart, on the same side of Show Low Lake Road as Summit Hospital and the 2nd large building behind Summit Hospital. Front door faces the road. Large parking lot on the right side of building – handicap parking is also available and posted.
